Another day another dollar!!! I am having surprising success at work suddenly. After months and months of struggling and feeling like I was getting nowhere, I find out that I wasn't really struggling as much as I thought. First of
all I got a raise....kind of mid range of what was possible. Before my annual review my manager had said it was unlikely that I would get the full possible raise. Since then they started the bonus program. The bonus is given on a curve.
I think the top 5 or 10 from both sights inclusive (Omaha, NE...Fargo, ND) are given the top amount. So many for second and so on for 5 tiers. I got top for the first 2 months and this month I am getting second tier. (oh well can't win em all)
I am getting kudos after kudos.(appreciation comments from customers) also my manager (who tends to nitpick) told me I did a phenominal call the other day. She told me that she gave it the highest QA score she has ever given. I know this post is
full of bragging...but every once in a while a person has to step back, and admit their accomplishments. If a person only admits to their failures, then their life can get pretty depressing.

One more comment. I went to look for a picture of a dollar bill to accent this post and I found this basket of money picture. Wish I could find that basket
of money.
