Well today was hump day. I finally got half way through the week. Payday day after tomorrow wooohoooo! Lol. I am debating on what to cook for dinner with my mother this weekend. I have run out of specialties unless....I know
I'll get a variety of ingredients and make pizadillas. Those are so good. You take a flour tortilla, put pizza sauce on it, toppings cheese. Bake it in the oven for 4 minutes at 425. There you have a pizzadilla. they are easiest
to eat if you fold them over and cut them in half, but they are so yummy. That is what I'll do. Its fun, easy and something I haven't cooked for them yet 8).
This is the funniest thing. I never know what I am going to write about
until I start typing. Writing in the blog is an awesome way for me to process what is going on in my life and figure out how I am going to handle situations. It is also a really good way for me to get my feelings out. I find it very difficult
sometimes to put into words exactly what I am feeling. That is where my poetry comes in. There are only about 3 or 4 poems out of them million and a half that weren't inspired by my internal feelings.
