I have been enjoying the last few days. The wanderer has been keeping me constantly entertained. I know all he wants is friendship. Maybe just a little more, I think a rekindling of a deep friendship. We have been catching each
other up with stories of what happened during the past 20 years as well as stories from 20 years ago. One good one is the time he got stopped for speeding. He had picked me up in Osseo, driving me to Appleton. He was doing 69 in a 55 while
doing 69 with me. That was when I was 19 and he was 18. Back in the good old days when we were newly the owners of our own destinies without enough experience to realize that life wasn't all fun and games.
